Our new excellent wine "A" d'Aumières Coteaux du Languedoc is a hand-crafted wine using manually-harvested grapes from Aumières' finest low yield vineyards. It has been vinified and barrel-aged in our cellar over 14 months. " A " stands proudly among the great wines of the Old World while underscoring its uniquely Southern French style.


Packaging revamped in order to reflect Saint-Jean d'Aumières' commitment to quality
The Château's wines packaging was completely revamped upon Paul Tori's arrival, paying attention to every detail in order to reflect the quality of the wines at every step of the customer's experience- from corks and bottles, to labels and boxes.

The pigeon house which dominates the center of the Château was chosen to convey this new image. It can now be found in all labels coming out of Saint-Jean d'Aumieres.
