Appearance: Deep rose color with violet overtones.
Nose: Elegant with good aromatic intensity dominated by red and exotic fruit.
Palate: Lively and fresh, showing great equilibrium between roundness and acidity.
Terroir: Deep and well-drained; dominated by clay and limestone substances and covered by stones.
Climate: The combination of northern interior winds, with those from the south-western Mediterranean, moderate extreme temperatures but also dry the vines after the rain.
Yield: 45 hl/ ha from 25-year-old vines.
Alcohol: 13 % vol.
Wine-making: By "grape bleeding" in a cold temperature-controlled environment.
Bottling: At the château.
Total production: 5,000 bottles per year.
